We no longer need to walk across campus with folders of invoices, delivering them to the relevant budget managers.
We now have full visibility of all invoices and their current status and can easily follow up with budget managers when needed.
The Accounts Payable Power App uses our Board approved financial delegations, which means that no invoice is paid without the appropriate level of approval.”
