My name is Anne Haywood and as the Managing Director of AH Digital Consulting, I am passionate about process improvement and love working with people to help them see the potential in digital development and business automation.
My previous experience has been as Assistant Business Manager at St Paul’s College, Adelaide, South Australia for over 31 years. I was responsible for the day to day Finance functions of the College and fortunate to integrate and implement many software platforms, including being able to lead St Paul’s College in digital transformation using Laserfiche. My role also encompassed the areas of Audit through to Financial Statements, Payroll, Government compliance and reporting, including Census and Student Attendance, oversight and management of data within the College, as well as touching on the areas of Risk, Human Resources, Governance, Enrolments, Management, Teaching & Learning and Administration. During this time, we were able to implement many improvements and introduce automation at various levels.
In 2020, St Paul’s was awarded a Laserfiche® 2019 Run Smarter Regional Choice Award “For being the strongest example of innovation, creativity and inspiration in Australia/New Zealand, using Laserfiche to transform the organisation and drive change.”
The Business Manager and myself travelled to California to attend the Laserfiche Empower Annual conference, present our journey and accept the award.
In early 2022, I was interviewed by Laserfiche, California on the subject of “Delivering value with Digital Transformation”. The interview formed part of the broadcast for their February 2022 Empower APAC (Australia Pacific) session.
My previous backgrounds have also been in computer software programming and Local Government finance.
I am a strong advocate for transformational change and love being able to assist with leveraging digital platforms to transform the way we work.
